Sales Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cinnamongirl.com!  We always strive to make you happy and if for some reason (especially the reasons below) you are not, we want to make sure you're happy.  As our site is run a bit differently from our boutiques, the policies described below apply only to online purchases made through www.cinnamongirl.com (hope that makes sense).

Merchandise may be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form.  Returns may be done by mail or at any of our retail boutiques in Hawaii and are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Returns will be accepted through the end of January for items purchased during the months of November and December.

All sales of Jewelry and Sale items are final.

We do understand that there are special circumstances and if you fall into that category, please shoot us an email and we will do our very best to take care of you!

If any item, other than final merchandise, purchased at www.cinnamongirl.com fails to meet your expectations:  

1-Please send us back (or come on in to one of our boutiques) the merchandise with the original invoice. Please notate anywhere on the invoice the reason you are returning the merchandise and any specific instructions. Ex: exchange for a different size, refund etc.

2-Please pack and seal your return merchandise securely.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.  Sorry but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

3-Mail the package to:

Please allow 14 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.

Returns for Online Purchases at our stores
Your original invoice must be presented at the time of return or exchange.  We are unable to process refunds at the stores for any online purchases.  For refunds of online-purchased merchandise, you must send by mail to the address provided above.

Returns for Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped

We are happy to replace or refund any items that arrived to you damaged!   To ensure proper processing, on the return form please indicate the reason for the return either defective or wrong item.  If defective, please describe the defect and if you will like a replacement, please indicate exchange on the notes section.  If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.  For all defective items, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method.  In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, please attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form.  The full shipping credit is given to returns using USPS Priority mail.  

Returns for items with a promotion code
You may exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color  or apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price.  A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
