Thank you for shopping at our Cinnamon Girl Online Boutique.  The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through

The merchandise may be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form.  Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.  Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

All sales of Jewelry and Sale items are final.

We do understand that there are special circumstances.  If you have a special circumstance, please email us.

If any item, other than final merchandise, purchased at fails to meet your expectations:  

1-Send us back the merchandise with the original invoice. Please notate anywhere on the invoice the reason you are returning the merchandise and any specific instructions. Ex: exchange for a different size, refund etc.

2-Pack and seal your return merchandise securely.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.  Sorry but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

3-Mail the package to:

Please allow 14 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.

Returns for Online Purchases at our stores:
Your original invoice must be presented at the time of return or exchange.  We are unable to process refunds at the stores for any online purchases.  For refunds of online-purchased merchandise, you must send by mail to the address provided above.

Returns for Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped:
Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original invoice may be refunded or exchanged.  Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection.  To ensure proper processing, on the return form indicate the reason for the return either defective or wrong item.  If defective, describe the defect and if you will like a replacement, please indicate exchange on the notes section.  Upon inspection, item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge.  If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.  Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method.  In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form.  The full shipping credit is given to returns using USPS Priority mail.  

Returns for items with a promotion code:
You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color.  Or you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price.  A previously used promtion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
