White Chocolate Raspberry Sweetie Pies

A Valentines Day Recipe.

 The delicious combination of fresh raspberries and warm white chocolate make these mini sweetie pies absolutely delicious. Did we mention how easy these are to make!? We highly suggest making these for your loved ones on Valentines Day!

Ingredients: 

• pie dough (store bought or your favorite recipe) 
• raspberries, smashed or chopped
• white chocolate chips
• butter 

Instructions:

After you preheat the oven to 400 degrees start rolling out your pie dough. With your heart cookie cutter start cutting shapes out of the pie dough. 

If your dough starts to stick you can always add a little flour! 

On one side of your heart place 1-2 cut raspberries and some white chocolate chips. 

Place a second heart over that and seal with a fork. Then brush the top of your mini pie with a little bit of butter. 

Place them in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until they begin to golden. 

Cool for 10 minutes and Enjoy! Send some off to all your loved ones.
